Plainfield ELL Teacher Gets New Role

New job combines district- and building-level responsibilities.

Veteran English Language Learner teacher Brooke Dundas will serve next year in a new role that combines both district- and building-level responsibilities, the district announced Tuesday.

Dundas’ new job is as the assistant director of ELL and as assistant principal at Crystal Lawns Elementary School. Both functions are half-time. The job results from a re-organization of administrative staff at the district and school level, the district said.

Dundas has been an ELL teacher for eight years, including seven in District 202. She is currently at Eagle Pointe Elementary School.
