Plainfield School District Names New Elementary, Middle School Administrators

Mason Luebbing will become the new AP at Indian Trail, while Timothy Wyller will be at Ridge Elementary.

Submitted by Plainfield School District 202:

Two experienced educators will take over the assistant principal positions at two District 202 schools.

The District 202 Board of Education at its regular meeting approved appointing Timothy Wyller the new assistant principal at Ridge Elementary School, and Mason Luebbing as a new assistant principal at Indian Trail Middle School. Both will start in their new positions on July 1, 2013.

Wyller comes from the Valley View School District where he has served as assistant principal at Jane Addams Middle School since 2011. He will replace current Assistant Principal Lori House who is moving to another position in the district.

He also worked as the Principal of the Extended School Year program in Summer 2011, and for three years as Dean of Students at Brooks Middle School, also in Valley View. Wyller started his education career in 2003 as a teacher at Kennedy Junior High School in Naperville District 203.

Luebbing started his education career in 2001 as the music teacher at Indian Trail Middle School. He also taught music at several Chicago suburban middle and high schools as a student teacher in 1999 and 2000, and has served in numerous leadership positions throughout his tenure at Indian Trail.

Luebbing will replace current Assistant Principal Shannon Miller, who was named Principal of Heritage Grove Middle School in April.
