Plainfield School Invites Residents to 'PJ's and Parkas' Storytime

Few things top a good story at bedtime – so why not a program that combines books and pajamas?

Aux Sable Middle School will host a “P.J.’s and Parkas” event from 5:30-8 p.m. Friday, Dec. 13, at the school, 2001 Wildspring Parkway, Joliet, as part of Scholastic Books' Great Bedtime Story Pajama Drive.

The “P.J.’s and Parkas” program is open to the community. There is no admission, but guests are encouraged to donate a new set of pajamas, a new children’s book or a new or gently used winter coat. Donations will benefit District 202-area children and families in need in conjunction with Scholastic.
