Plainfield Students Make Pillows to Benefit 'Creekside Cares'

The effort benefits program to feed hungry District 202 students.

Creekside Elementary School Student Council members, along with fifth-grade teacher Bea Milano, make hand-stuffed and tied fleece pillows to benefit the Creekside Cares backpack food program.

Creekside Cares provides food to students district-wide. The Student Council will sell the pillows at various events throughout the school year -- $7 for the smaller pillows, and $10 for the larger.
