Six Plainfield Schools Required to Offer Supplemental Education

Schools not making AYP as defined by No Child Left Behind for three years in a row must meet the requirement.

After not making adequate yearly progress (AYP) as defined by the No Child Left Behind Act for three consecutive years, six District 202 schools are now offering supplemental education service.

Central, Crystal Lawns, Creekside, Grand Prairie and Lakewood Falls elementary schools and Timber Ridge Middle School in Plainfield District 202 are offering supplemental educational for families that participate in the free and reduced lunch program. 

Families from these schools who want to receive after school tutoring from state-approved companies should contact the District 202 Administration Center at (815) 577-4027.
