Bibbs Not Eligible to Play for Colorado State University

NCAA rejects his ACT score of 23, raising suspicions about the five-point increase between the two times he took test.

Kapri Bibbs, ’s record-breaking football star, won’t be going to Colorado State University – at least not this fall.

“They said that because I went from an 18 to a 23, there were suspicions, and they voided my score, so I had to go back to my 18,” he said.
