Football: East Wins; Other Plainfield Teams Fall Friday Night
A roundup of Friday night's scores.
All but one of District 202's four varsity football teams ended Friday night with a loss. Here's a roundup of Sept. 6 scores:
- Plainfield Central 0, St. Charles North 48
- Plainfield East 35, West Aurora 12
- Plainfield North 20, Pekin 21
- Plainfield South 20, St. Francis (Wheaton) 43
District 202 teams will look to rebound next week. On Sept. 13, Plainfield Central will take on Romeoville, while Plainfield East faces off against Oswego East, and Plainfield North and Plainfield South battle it out against each other.
