Reverend Bill Beagle of Rock Solid Ministries and Plymouth Congregational Church serves as Chaplain on NHRA team at the Route 66 Raceway in Joliet and each year dedicates a service to blessing and praying for the safety of all who participate in and enjoy the speedway sports.
