Young runners invited to Rosary High School's "A Taste Of Cross"

The Rosary High School Cross-Country team is hosting a one mile fun run for all students 8th grade and under on Tuesday, Oct. 16, at Rosary High School, 901 N. Edgelawn, Aurora. 


     Registration begins at 3:45 pm with a course tour at 4:15 pm. The first race starts at 4:30 pm for runners in 5thgrade and under. Separate one mile races will follow every 15 minutes for the 6th-8thgrade divisions. Awards will be given out after each race. Trophies will be awarded to first place finishers and place ribbons for 2nd-5thplace in each division. All finishers will receive a ribbon.


     Parents or coaches must accompany runners. Teams are welcome. Participants must fill out a participation form and include a $1 donation fee. Coaches or parents with any questions please contact Vic Mead at (630)896-0283, e-mail meadvic@co.kane.il.us, or go to www.rosaryhs.com.
