Church Offers Ice Cream Social

from Crosswinds Church

On Sunday, August 3rd, Crosswinds Church is hosting a free Ice Cream Social from 3:00-5:00 p.m.  It will be serving on the lawn of Lakewood Falls Elementary School located at 14050 S. Budler Road.

In addition to free ice cream and toppings, fun activities will be provided free for all who attend.  Get your face painted or play fun games to win prizes.  Dance to the music or jump in the Moon Bounce.

Everyone in Romeoville and Plainfield is invited to come out and join in the fun.

“The kids are out of school and everyone is starting to have summer fun.  We wanted to give our neighbors a fun night out where they can relax and hang out with their friends,” said Pastor Ken Schultz.  “We hope we can bring a smile to the community.
