Art Cube Studios Moving to Downtown Plainfield
Owner Amanda Chakravarty said the business is expanding after outgrowing its current location.
It will be a bittersweet goodbye when next week as a Plainfield business bids farewell to its first home. Since 2010, Art Cube Studios has offered art classes for all ages out of Plainfield’s historic Flanders House, 24044 W. Main St. Now it’s time to move on as enrollment continues to increase at the studio. The business is scheduled to make the move into a new location at 15116 S. Des Plaines St. in downtown Plainfield, owner Amanda Chakravarty said. The new studio is next to Front Street Cantina. “We love the Flanders House,” Chakravarty said. “It has such a home-like feel. What a wonderful staff. .My kids love taking classes at Art Cube we travel from New Lenox (a good 30 minute drive) because we LOVE it so much! Keep up the great work and wonderful variety of classes for all ages!   more ›
