New Dates for Plainfield Citizens Police and Fire Academy
There's still time to sign up; the start date has been postponed to Feb. 28.

As part of a program launched by Plainfield Police Chief John Konopek and Fire Chief John Eichelberger, residents who live in and around the Village of Plainfield and Plainfield Fire Protection District can sign up for the 11th session of the Plainfield Citizen's Police and Fire Academy for winter/spring 2013. The nine-week program is offered from 7 to 9 p.m. on consecutive Thursdays, beginning Feb. 28, at various locations in the Village of Plainfield.
