Updated at 11 p.m. March 18 Naperville police said they have charged a Plainfield man with possession of child pornography and criminal sexual abuse of a 13-year-old Naperville girl after a three-month investigation, according to the Daily Herald. Jonathan Fogelman, 19, of the 13000 block of Merganser Cove in Plainfield, turned himself into the Naperville Police Department around 3 p.m. Saturday, said Naperville Police Sgt. A Plainfield teenager is charged with criminal sexual abuse after allegedly engaging in a sexual relationship with a 15-year-old girl.
A Plainfield 19-year-old is facing charges after allegedly carrying on a sexual relationship with a 15-year-old girl, police said. Kevin Luna, of the 13000 block of Oakdale Circle, was arrested Jan. 4 after the father of the girl, who also lives in Plainfield, called the police, according to Sgt. Mike Fisher. Police said the father became aware of the girl’s relationship with the older teenager after he discovered that she had a cell phone that did not belong to her, Fisher said. Jose Aguilera is accused of having sexual contact with a family member while she slept, police say.
A Plainfield man was arrested Thursday for allegedly sexually assaulting a family member while she slept, Will County Sheriff's Deputy Chief Ken Kaupas said Friday. Jose R. Aguilera, 27, 13926 Oakdale Drive, was charged with criminal sexual abuse in connection with the assault, which allegedly occurred at Aguilera's home while the 25-year-old victim was asleep, Kaupas said. Sheriff's police responded to a call at about 4:20 a.m. Thursday and were interviewing the victim when Aguilera returned to the house and was taken into custody, he said. Aguilera is being held in the Will County jail pending a bond hearing.
