Co-owner Steve Cin said a new opening date of Nov. 21 is planned for Nevin’s Brewing Company, which will fill the space formerly housed by Limestone Brewing, 12337 S. Route 59. Originally, the location was tentatively scheduled to open around Labor Day, Cin told Patch in June. “We really increased the size of the brewery,” Cin said, adding it’s taken some time for some of the new brewing equipment to arrive. “We purchased a 15 [barrel] Belgium system — it is beautiful.” Sign up for Plainfield Patch’s daily newsletter and add us on Facebook.
