Two men were arrested early Sunday after making an alcohol-fueled decision to fire off some rounds with a semi-automatic pistol in a Plainfield Township backyard, police said. Hank M. Robinson, 25, is charged with reckless discharge of a firearm, unlawful use of a weapon by a felon and not having a firearm owner’s identification (FOID) card following the incident at his home at 23542 W. Updated 1:45 p.m. Sunday Montgomery police have recovered the .45-caliber handgun believed to have been used in a late-night shooting on Oakton Road, according to the Chicago Tribune. The gun was found inside a black Dodge pickup truck at the scene of the shooting, which caused a mass exodus from a party in the 700 block of Oakton Road shortly after midnight Saturday, Chief Daniel Meyers told the Tribune.
