Arrests made by the Plainfield Police Department and other police agencies.

Ramiro R. Rosillo, 37, 15009 S. Route 59, Plainfield, arrested by the Will County Sheriff's Office and booked into the Will County jail on April 30 on a charge of aggravated driving under the influence of alcohol. Leopoldo Zapo, 41, 924 Cora, Joliet, arrested by the Plainfield Police Department at about 4:10 p.m. April 25 at Joliet Road and Route 59 and charged with driving with a suspended/revoked license. Dawne Godina, 44, 101 Mabel Court, Morris, arrested by the Plainfield Police Department at about 10:30 a.m. April 26 at Lincoln Highway and Renwick Road and charged with no valid driver's license.

Driver in Crash that Killed Motorcyclist was Intoxicated, Plainfield Police Say

David Dietrich was also charged with improper lane usage and driving without vehicle insurance in the Saturday collision.

The Shorewood man who killed a motorcyclist in a roll-over accident on Route 59 Saturday was drunk and uninsured at the time of the collision, Plainfield police said Sunday. David C. Dietrich, 32, of 902 Bittersweet, has been charged with aggravated driving under the influence of alcohol, resulting in the death of another; driving under the influence; improper lane usage; driving too fast for conditions; and operating an uninsured motor vehichle. The victim was George A. Weikum, 58, of Naperville, who was pronounced dead at the scene. Weikum was the owner of G & C Landscape & Building Inc. in Plainfield.
