Hello! My name is Tom and I am a reporter and videographer for Patch.com.  I am all over the south suburbs covering everything from sports to Village Hall.

I graduated in 2008 from Valparaiso University in Valparaiso, IN with a degree in  TV-Radio Broadcasting and History. There, I became a member of Phi Mu Alpha Sinfonia. I also studied abroad in Cambridge, UK.

I am a 2004 graduate of Lincoln-Way Central High School. I recently moved to Mokena after spending about eight years in New Lenox. I also spent a good portion of my childhood in Chicago.

I'm a die-hard Cubs, Bears, and Blackhawks fan. I cheer on my (Valpo) Crusaders when I can. Just don't ask me about their football team... In my spare time, I enjoy travel, reading, and music.

I am the sports reporter for Orland Park and Palos Patch.
