Plainfield Township Hosts College/Financial Aid Expo
Event is Nov. 6 at Plainfield Central High School.
More than 20 colleges and universities from throughout Illinois will be part of the Plainfield Township Youth Committee's fifth annual College and Financial Aid Expo, set for 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 6, at Plainfield Central High School, 24120 W. Fort Beggs Dr.
Students can also explore scholarship opportunities from local service organizations and financial aid options. The Illinois Student Assistance Commission will provide information regarding completing the FAFSA.
Refreshments will be provided by Plainfield Township's Youth Committee through Sodexho. Guests will also have a chance to win a free iPod Touch.
