'Project Runway' Designer to Appear at Plainfield Goodwill Store
The fashion designer will meet and greet fans this Saturday.
Fans of "Project Runway" will get a chance to meet former contestant Peach Carr this Saturday at the Plainfield Goodwill store, 13665 S. Route 59.
Carr, who appeared on season 8 of the Emmy-nominated reality show, as well as season 2 of "Project Runway All Stars," will sign autographs and pose for fan photos during an appearance at the store from 9 a.m. to noon Saturday, Nov. 9. The event will also include live model styling, hourly prize drawings and styling tips from the self-taught designer.
The Goodwill Store and Donation Center opened in June at the former OfficeMax location in Plainfield.
