Our store is seeking a SALES ASSOCIATE to join our TEAM! We are looking for dedicated people with a strong sense of stability, drive, and great energy with the ability to work a flexible schedule (some evenings and weekends are necessary). Job Requirements; Support sales and productivity goals of the store - Demonstrate strong knowledge of store merchandise to maximize sales opportunities - Identifying the needs of the customers by providing exceptional customer service at all times - Maintaining the visual standards of the store - Prior retail experience preferred - High energy, friendly, and outgoing personality - Goal oriented and sales driven - Willing to initiate conversation and identify the needs of the customer - Ability to work in a fast paced environment while utilizing proven and trained sales techniques to present all products to our customers. - Effectively present and sell company products. - Provide a professional and friendly response to customer inquiries and requests in person and on the telephone. - Maintain current knowledge of all products or additional services available to the customer. - Must be customer focused, results driven and possess the ability to consistently produce sales. - Must be professional and promote a positive attitude among customers and peers. - Must be articulate and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Flexibility to handle multiple tasks in an organized manner.
