Police Blotter: Plainfield Woman Charged with ID Theft

Arrests reported by Plainfield police, June 14-15.

June 14


John Ariss, 42, of th 24000 block of West Pheasant Chase Drive, Plainfield, was arrested by Plainfield police at 9:54 p.m. at Pheasant Chase Drive and Route 59 and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, improper lane use and driving an uninsured vehicle, police said. Bond amount was $100.

June 15


Mario Groleske, 21, of the 14000 block of Penn Road, Plainfield, was arrested by Plainfield police at 2:04 a.m. at Fescue Drive and Route 30 and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, illegal transportation of alcohol and improper lane use, police said.

Kenneth Koleno, 20, of the 500 block of Holloway Road, Romeoville, was arrested by Plainfield police at 3:34 a.m. at McClellan Avenue and Renwick Road and charged with possession of less than 10 grams of cannabis, police said.

June 17

Valerie Perez, 21, of the 24000 block of Mill Creek Lane, Plainfield, was arrested by Joliet police and charged with identity theft over $300 and use of a forged credit or debit card, according to Will County jail booking records.
